Job description

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including the Business Centre that is located in the restaurant, according to Hyatt's standards. Functioning as the Business Manager and Marketing Specialist of the restaurant, your responsibilities include overseeing the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimizing profits and managing associates, guests and owner expectations.
