Perform surprise audit for Rooms, Outlet and Fitness center
·
Ensure All hotel system mapping is correct
·
Ensure all income supporting documents are available and 100% comply with MOR requirement.
·
Ensure Package breakage is recorded on daily basis
· Perform Daily analysis of Revenue
·
Perform daily checking of Negative posting, and ensure there is valid justification, and approval on every transactions rebate, and allowances.
·
Perform calculation of Service charge for distribution to Employees.
·
Review Payment posting of AR (All AR Account)
·
Ensure Accuracy of Stock transfer between warehouse
· Control Cost of Inhouse Events.
·
Reconcile hotel inventory to system record, trace the difference, and ensure Inventory system balance is tally with warehouse.
·
Prepare Slow moving items, follow up with FnB for Action plan, and monitor execution of Action plan
· Prepare Monthly cost audit report
·
Review Invoices, PR/ PO, and Payment voucher
·
Review Payment Void report, and monthly payment register list.
