You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager Hygiene is responsible to manage the Hygiene Department as an efficient, and productive cost centre, by maintaining an organised and hygiene areas in the hotel and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets strict hygiene standards to maintain. The person should be able to operate the hotel with the GBAC and the new COVID -19 standards that the hotel has to maintain.
Ideally with a relevant degree. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
