Ideal candidate profile

Qualifications :

· 
Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management

· 
Detailed working knowledge of use of cleaning agents and chemicals

· 
Well developed Communication Skills and Customer Relation Skills

· 
Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and hotel Property Maintenance System Opera

· 
Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels

· 
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements

· 
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager – Housekeeping or 4 years as Team Leader – Housekeeping

· 
Preferable knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry
