Job description
As we continue to build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Assistant Manager support the Event Service Manager to successfully manage the department as an independent profit center and ensure that the hotel is able to deliver memorable and extraordinary events.
In this role, you will provide strong leadership support to the team and ensure that administrative duties related to associates and daily reporting are completed accurately and on time. You will direct associates through their daily routines and interact with customers and work closely with all hotel departments to ensure that all events offerings reflect our focus on quality and creativity delivered in grand style.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
University graduate of hospitality management with a strong passion for food and customer service
Practical experience in the same role gained from a luxury branded 5 star hotel is essential
Proficient in occupational health and safety standards, team management, report writing
Strong leadership and service recovery skills
