Job description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Grand brand standards, whilst meeting associates, guest and owner expectations.

The Assistant Manager - Activity is responsible to assist Rec. Manager in providing hands on support and guidance and ensuring the discerning guests feel that their every need is anticipated and they have created a relationship with the Fitness Center, not just a visit.

Desired profile

Ideally with a relevant diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
