You will be responsible for the efficient running of the housing facilities in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Housing Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Housing function in the Human Resources Division. This would include both technical and administrative requirements.
Ideal candidate profile
· Ideally with a degree or diploma in Technical Maintenance and Craftsmanship.
· Minimum 3 years work experience as Assistant Housing Manager or Housing In-charge.
· Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
· Technical background in electric, plumbing, painting and building maintenance.
