Poste et missions:
Preventive Quality
- Be the link between Quality Conception and local Plant Quality Production during the new project development
- Identify Customer Specific Requirements and apply them
- communicate them and explain them to the local team
- Guarantee the correct conduction of PMFEA according the new project schedules
- Establish from the PMFEA the control plan
- Check consistency of internal documentation (PFMEA / Control plan / work instructions)
- Is the Quality contact of the Quality correspondant at the customer during the Industrial phase of the project
- Organize and prepare the product PPAP file presentation to the customer.
- Validate the modification management in the serial process (driven by QRQC) and update the PFMEA and control plan
- Prepare the relationship with the customer
- Get familiar with the Customer Portal
Corrective Quality
- Establish a daily survey of the customer portal for km0
- Establish a daily survey of the customer portal for warranty (optionnal if we find someone to help from the Division Level)
- Analyse the customer portal data
- survey their consistency
- alert in case of deviation of the results
- In case of Quality Issue at customer (official
- alert)
- initiate appropriate team to work on the analysis of the potential root causes
- Visit on regular bases the customer plant to build a close relathioship
- Validate the consistency of the internal analysis and implementation of corrective action in case of customer claim and update the internal documentation
- Answer to customer portal about the analysis of root cause and implemented action in case of claim
His responsible to alert the Production Quality Supervisoir, in case of evidence of non respect of the instruction defined out of APQP procedure (PFMEA / Control Plan / Work instruction
