Hang Seng Winter Co-op Programme – Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Our Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) has over 250 branches and automated banking facilities, offering a broad range of products and services to meet the personal banking, consumer lending and wealth management needs of individual customers. We serve over half of the adult population, and advocates the Age of Digitals in our RBWM business strategies to offer our customers more seamless and on-demand service experience at the Bank.

If you are a non-final year student, and looking to groom product development knowledge and business management acumen, please come and join our Co-op Programme of RBWM. We are currently seeking high-calibre individuals to join the following departments:

· RBWM Chief Operating Office
· Consumer Assets
· Customer Value Management
· Digital Banking
· Insurance
· Retail Distribution

Programme Overview

Duration: January – End of June 2019 (6 Months Full-time Employment)

Potential Career Path: The internship is the beginning of an exciting journey that could take you to future leaderships in the banking industry. Perform well and you may be considered for early selection of Management Trainee or other graduate opportunities

Principle Responsibilities

· Assist in conducting competitive analysis and collecting market intelligence
· Prepare regular business and sales reports to provide insight to management
· Assist in handling mortgage / loan applications
· Provide administrative support to department

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

· 
Non-final year university students from all disciplines are welcome

· 
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

· 
Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn

· 
Proficiency in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage

· 
Good knowledge of application software (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & Chinese Word Processing

· 
Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa
