Detailed Job Description:

Responsibilities – Support business manager, PPM leads, Programme managers in managing the retail products projects with PMO supporting activities, Generating financials and project status reports, Support business manager and PPM lead to perform financial and project status analysis and identify potential risk/ issue of the portfolio, Manage project information, status report, milestone report, time booking in clarity, Follow up with PMs, programme managers, portfolio managers on exceptions and outstanding items, Perform regular health checks on data quality of financials, project status, system inventory.

Vendor Management activities – Co-coordinating with vendor for SoW creation, invoicing

Mandatory Skills:

Good communication skills with English (spoken and written)

Excellent Advance Excel & Analysis and PowerPoint

Advantage of having knowledge of Project Management Tool

Optional Skills: Team player,

Relevant Experience: Supporting Business Activities, Data Analysis & reporting.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Regular Shift but should be flexible operating in any Shift.
