· Deepen client relationships for referrals of new clients and non-wealth qualified clients to wealth qualified, by achieving wealth product referral, low cost deposit & CASA growth, and account activation
· Enhance clients' trust and loyalty in the Bank's capability, to identify, meet and manage clients financial needs in a sustainable approach via providing with retail banking service/products, offering cross border banking services and wealth management products/services;
· Contact actively and engage Prestige & Preferred clients in the portfolio for market update, product maturity notifications;
· Handle customer inquiries/objections/appointments/complaints effectively
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· College education or above
· At least 3 years sales related experiences in banking industry
· Fluent Spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
· Excellent communication skill
· A pleasant sounding voice, logical thinking and presentation
· Solid phone service/selling skill and proactive working attitude will be a must
