Environment:

As part of the Fixed Income (FI) team, the candidate will be joining the IT Production Support team which sits close to the New-York Fixed Income users.
The Production team has a key role. The support is the main entry point for Fixed Income Business into the IT world. Part of the team role is to ensure to connect Business with various IT domains (data, infrastructure, presentation, financial systems, etc …)
FI Production Support team is in charge of understanding the business, supporting and improving all the FI Trading and Risk applications used by the Business across different countries. (Trading, Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk teams)

Mission:

• Solve and/or Assist in Incident/problem management
• Assist with critical Incident and Service Management as required by Production Services
• Ensure the Level 1 and Level 2 Production Support for Fixed Income applications (BAU)
• Work and manage small projects for FI tools in order to fix or improvement the workflows
• Design and produce MI reporting to Management
• Prepare and deploy Trading applications release on Production
• Take ownership of understanding the different Business requirements

Profil recherché

Profile:

• University Master's degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Solid IT technical skills, highly proficient in SQL
• Good communication, proven stress resistance, quick to adapt to the organizational, technical or business context
• Interested in Finance
• Previous banking experience would be appreciated
