We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

Principal responsibilities/Job Intro/ Role Context/ Detailed Job Description

· Design a superior customer experience
· Define and achieve holistic product objectives.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams like product managers, customers and developers to create simple, easy to user interfaces.
· Leverage available insights like customer feedbacks, site metrics and usability findings.
· Advocate for the customer and user-centered design in corporate environment.
· Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes.
· Communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours.
· Develop and maintain effective specifications and design patterns.
· Rapidly iterate through feature additions and updates, considering various use cases and user flows across different platforms.
· Critical thinking, specifically the ability to hear a business need and determine the best way to solve the problem using design.
· Design cohesive UI architecture, interface and interaction flow on the web, mobile and more.
· Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences all within specified product requirements and deadlines.
· Building on and suggesting best practices
· Mentoring other members in the department where appropriate, providing guidance and knowledge transfer
· Following project development methodologies, corporate information security and corporate website look & feel guidance to ensure successful project delivery with strict adherence to coding practices and the production of all necessary documentation
· Experience in working in Agile methodology.
· Experience in a variety of design and prototype tools such as Sketch, Axure, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar.
· Sound knowledge of user-centric designs.
· Experience in conducting user research.
· Strong awareness of common usability methods and principles.
· General understanding of how Designs Impacts Development and vice –versa.
· Excellent knowledge of accessibility and cross browser standards.
· Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
· Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across audiences and varying level of the organisation.
· Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
· Experience in designing Digital product offerings & banking space.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements/ Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications.

·  Strong information architecture skills
·  Ability to prototype in HTML, CSS and Javascript or native technologies.
·  Experience in UI technologies (React JS, Angular JS).
·  Experience / knowledge of Microservices architecture, Single SPA, Java etc would be an added advantage.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
