We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of UI Designer .

In this role, you will:

· Develop and visualize UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs and the creation of storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases.
· Translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity.
· Create instant tangibility through storytelling and rapid prototyping methods, ranging from whiteboarding and paper sketching to digital prototyping.
· Define the user interface design through information architecture, wireframes and user flows and validate it through testing.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

· Create product and feature specifications to supplement prototypes for development handoff.
· Work directly with business stakeholders and end-users to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques.
· Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually
· Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to vet design solutions and ensure specifications are implemented appropriately.

Requirements/ Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

·  Relevant industry experience and qualifications.
·  Strong background in visual design and design thinking methodologies.
·  Fluency in design and user experience tools.
·  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage shifting priorities.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with the ability to deliver findings, ideas and designs across the organization.
·  Portfolio of work
·  Confidence to work independently
·  Works effectively and efficiently
