Test scripts developed has to be scalable, re-useable .

Zero performance releated issues reported by stakeholders/customer

Scripting & Execution to be completed within a Sprint (In-Sprint) for Agile projects.

Whole code has to be up & running everytime.

People / Team Management

Will require excellent technical skills on performance testing tools.Act as a subject matter expert for junior members of the team.

Operations Delivery Management

Drive operations and best practices. Adhere to governance frameworks. Manage risks, issues and dependencies. Demonstrate agility to respond to stakeholders needs.

Must demonstrate, collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.

Identify opportunities to improve process in performance test automation & automation framework.

Customers / Stakeholder Management

Engaging all relevant stakeholders to maintain visibility on performance test automation coverage & performance of application.

Will ordinarily support across a FT team, and across multiple Pod's within the DevOps team.

Role will have global responsibility, often supporting multiple projects/programme running under organization net.

Risk and Compliance Management

Analyze, anticipate and mitigate risk factors and work with the team and stakeholders to minimize risk.

Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions (FIMs, GSMs, circulars) and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group's standards of ethical behavior.

The jobholder is responsible for managing and mitigating operational risks in their day to day operations. In executing these responsibilities, the Group has adopted risk management and internal control structure referred to as the ‘Three Lines of Defence'. The jobholder should ensure they understand their position within the Three Lines of Defence, and act accordingly in line with operational risk policy, escalating in a timely manner where they are unsure of actions required.

Keeping the junior team members motivated and aligned in their work and ensuring quality results at each step within the support scope.

Strong experience performance test automation in a geographically dispersed team, with experience of leading individuals within a matrix organisation.

Ability to think creatively to drive innovative solutions. Ability to multi-task. Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries. Good communication skills, self-motivated and adaptive to change. Good technical, problem solving, lateral thinking, planning and interpersonal skills.

Experience & Qualification:

· • Degree or similar educated
· • ISEB/ISTQB qualified (foundation as a minimum)
· • Automated performance testing expert
· • 3+ years' experience in Performance testing in the capacity of a tester
· • Ability to self-manage

Knowledge & Skills:

· • Strong technical performance tester
· • Exposure to various Performance testing tools e.g. Performance Center, JMeter, Gatling –ability to build POCs
· • Experience with Performance Monitoring tools e.g. AppDynamics, Wiley, Graphite, Sitescope, etc.
· • Hands on Performance testing – preparation, scripting, execution and reporting
· • Experience with In-Sprint performance testing – testing within an agile sprint as well as hardening sprints
· • Personality: Proactive and flexible
· • Strong communication skills –both written and verbal
