We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Team Assistant .

Principal responsibilities

· You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the team as well as providing administrative support for the wider digital team
· The role holder will be responsible for administrative and support duties that will enable the digital teams in Asia Pacific to be more efficient in their day to day responsibilities
· The team administrator will work closely with other colleagues and the Business Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Digital team as a whole
· Oversight of expenses management, event planning, team event schedules, communications plans, onboarding new starters, overseas travel and accommodation requirements for all digital teams, ensuring invoices are compliant with HSBC accounting procedures, ensuring costs are kept to minimum and within policy
