Role Title : Software Engineer, Development

Business : IT Infrastructure Delivery

· The job holder is responsible for Technical delivery of projects by providing technical / process guidance to project teams and be a subject matter expert for the technology and guide delivery teams for BCIN across other centers for process/system improvements.

· Specialist provides guidance to multiple project teams. The responsibilities entail areas such as execution of production support, creating knowledge base, and producing relevant data for trending and analysis purpose. The job holder works closely with group Telecom teams,

· Team leaders, and Managers to understand the scope of work, format, and the expectations. The role holder also often liaises with the other technology teams for support purposes.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure.

· University graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline

· In-depth knowledge in designing/implement networks, Interpersonal skills and experience in presenting

· Problem solving and project management experience, Negotiation skills, Team working skills, Working across cultures

· Financial planning and budgeting experience

· Should be well versed with Software Development Life Cycle concepts.

· Excellent communication skills, with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner, both verbally and written, and articulating the content depending on the audience

· Proven experience in managing and building relationship with business partners and other support teams.

· Worked in a infrastructure critical environment and understands how technology adds value to the business and ultimately the end customer

· Industry standard certifications in the technology area of work would be preferred

· Preferable some knowledge of working with Global Telecoms carriers.

· Good command of English
