We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Sales Analyst .

Principal responsibilities

Define and implement an actionable sales Management Information

·
Align the sales analytics framework to the regional and global Global Private Banking financial reporting framework to ensure consistent reporting

·
Provide regular stakeholder specific feedback based on the sales Management Information and cater for respective queries

·
Build up tracking framework along the various Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors books linked to Global and Regional Investment Centres view to monitor progress and potential gaps

·
Support sales manager and product specialists to tailor sales campaigns and to monitor them against the respective targets

·
Work with Information Techologies to build an Investment Services and Product Solutions portal with reflects the Investment Services and Product Solutions offering along the client lifecycle

·
Maintain the platform to ensure it always contains the latest and most up to date material

·
Support Product Solutions in structuring their individual product list in the proper format to feed into the overall repository

·
Work with Product Solutions and marketing to improve the product education material used during the process

·
Liaise with Product Solutions to improve consistency of marketing collaterals for product distribution

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Some years of experience in the banking industry, preferably Private Banking or Private Wealth Management
·  University degree in Business or Finance
·  Ability to work in a multifunction team
·  Well versed in various Microsoft office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and et cetera
·  Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
