Research team covers economics, currencies, equities, fixed income and climate change to help our clients best navigate and make sense of turbulent global financial markets. Global Research offers fundamental, cross-asset, technical and quantitative analysis presented through multiple platforms and formats.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Research Administrator .

Principal responsibilities ​

Arrange analysts travel and logistic

·
Prepare expenses claim including client entertainment, travel expense etc.

·
Liaise with corporate and, or institutional clients when required usually for the purpose of meeting set up

·
Work closely with sector head and analysts covered

·
Share knowledge and best practice with fellow secretaries in admin team

·
Information Risk Identification and Management

·
Access Management

·
Internal control and monitoring plan

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements ​

· 
Relevant years of secretary experience in banking and finance.

· 
Familiar with the operation of a large global bank and its culture

· 
Detail oriented, Good team player

· 
Strong interpersonal skills to work with a culturally diverse team

· 
Basic computer skills, Fluent Mandarin and English preferred
