Delivering high-quality research and analysis to investors around the world, the Global Research team covers economics, currencies, equities, fixed income and climate change to help our clients best navigate and make sense of turbulent global financial markets. Global Research offers fundamental, cross-asset, technical and quantitative analysis presented through multiple platforms and formats.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Research Administrator .

Principal responsibilities
· ​Provide day to day secretarial and administration support to the teams assigned
· Prepare expenses claim including client entertainment and travel expenses
· Keep an eye on cost savings opportunities and seek ways for better use of company resources
· Manage sector heads calendar, arrange analysts travel, prepare expenses reimbursement, perform other office related duties assigned by office manager and participate in special projects and assist management to implement group initiatives when required

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Secretary experience in banking and finance
·  Familiar with the operation of a large global bank and its culture
·  Detail oriented.
·  Good team player.
·  Strong interpersonal skills to work with a culturally diverse team
·  Basic computer skills.
·  Fluent Mandarin and English preferred.
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
