We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
· To grow the Business Banking customer base by acquiring new transaction banking customers as well as developing corporate lending portfolio;
· To build referral network and systematic calling to scope opportunity from identified leads;
· To manage relationship acquired customers and ensure revenue targets from the relationship are met;
· To ensure that all the new customers acquired are aligned to the existing business model and are of the desired customer profile;
· To deliver Contact Strategy;
· To monitor business performance via designated system(s) / mechanics;
· To highly adherence to all bank policy, particularly related to Global Standard in strict implementation manner

Desired profile

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
·  Knowledge of the HSBC's Business Banking products and services.
·  Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through a broad range of products and services.
·  Proven analytical ability, with experience of credit or relationship management within the BB sector.
·  Proven level of business acumen and commercial awareness including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues.
·  Cantonese speaking preferred
