We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Product Analyst .

Principal responsibilities

· ​Capture requirements for new, or updates to, messaging tools, capabilities, processes or features
· Support the planning and socialisation of new product or feature releases into markets. Hong Kong and Asia Pacific are the core focus of the role but a Global alignment is needed
· Support training of business users and resolution of issues
· Develop a deep understanding of messgaing BAU processes, peformance metrics and configuration
· Manage and communciate messaging standrads, processes and referencing conventions with applicable operational and cross functional teams
· Maintain relevant team confluence and JIRA boards where applicable
· Inform and influence business stakeholders, messaging and digital cross functional teams on effective digital messaging processes, features and capabilities
· Accountable for supporting the delivery of digital messaging products to be utilised by internal and external customers
· Work with cross functional teams to develop and align efficient engagement processes for messaging requirements and channel development activities

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  ​Experience of digital messaging Including inbound like public website, customer channel, Application and outbound like Emails, SMS and Push
·  Experience with content managment tools such as Adobe Experience Manager
·  Experience or awareness of data and targetting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Celebrus and Pega
·  Understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation and optimisation
·  Excellent JIRA, Confluence and Excel skills
·  Ability to capture, analyse and priotitse requirements against competing business needs and requests
·  Ability to plan, manage and run workshops and walk throughs of new products and features
·  Understanding of content taxonomy, naming conventions and referencing
·  Deep understanding of usability and user experience digital marketing trends and digital customer engagement
