HSBC Operations, Services and Technology (HOST)

HSBC Operations, Services and Technology is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. HOST combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

​1. To effectively handle all credit related documents and transactions under internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements;
2. To lead or coordinate various projects, communicate and work with various stakeholders and functions/vendors and design new processes and arrange implementation;
3. To independently handle customers enquires on transactions related matters;
4. To provide solution in an effective and flexible way with solid credit knowledge;
5. To prepare internal and external regulatory returns accurately and timely;
6. To safe keep operational files;
7. To handle other tasks arranged by department.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

​1. Bachelor degree or above from good reputation local or overseas university;
2. Relevant 1-2 years working experience in financial institutions preferably;
3. Master PC skills, especially familiar with Microsoft office software;
4. Detail-Oriented and good comprehension;
5. Good command of written and spoken English, CET 6 or above preferably;
6. Smart worker and quick learner, able to work under pressure and a good team player;
7. Be responsible and reliable;
8. Strong communication skills and problem solving skill;
9. Good mindset of customer service and risk control.
