We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Premier Relationship Officer .

Principal responsibilities

· Co owning and growing a Premier customer portfolio in conjunction with Premier Relationship Managers you will work to build and deepen relationships with Premier clients
· Initiating and maintaining effective communication and cooperation with paired Premier Relationship Managers
· Partnering with Premier Relationship Managers to conduct customer needs activity planning and portfolio management so as to improve customer satisfaction within the HSBC Premier portfolio
· Providing efficient and high quality professional services and ensuring a consistent delivery of the Global Premier core service standards and proposition
· Promoting HSBC Premier proposition to customers for deposits and portfolio growth
· Assisting Premier Relationship Manager on managing, developing and retaining quality customer relationship

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Working experience servicing high net worth clients at a financial institution
·  Good knowledge of wealth management products, both investment and insurance
·  Customer service mindset, with strong attention to detail
·  Team player with commercial orientation
·  Holder of relevant insurance, investment and Mandatory Provident Fund licenses
·  Good command of Cantonese and English. Mandarin is advantageous
·  University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
