We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Personal Assistant .

Principal responsibilities
· The role of the Personal Assistant is to provide full administrative and secretarial support
· Handling daily calls, enquiries and responding independently to routine issues and questions
· Organising schedules, maintaining diaries and making appointments
· Arranging travel and accommodation
· Coordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing supplies
· Document management including disseminating information, drafting presentations and filing
· Providing support and as a point of contact for the department with administrative matters
· Handling periodic and adhoc reports, returns requirement within specified timeline
· Dealing with changing or conflicting priorities and arrangements.
· Dealing sensitively with internal and external customers' demands and conflicts
· Be exposed to confidential information
· The jobholder will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures and keeping appropriate records

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Tertiary education with a several years of solid experience in secretarial, administrative duties in sizable organizations preferably in banks
·  Fluent in English and Chinese both spoken and written
·  Good interpersonal skills
·  Initiative, well organized and attentive to details
·  Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
