We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- To provide high quality document checking for FCY echannel/Getrate payments within the specified SLA's according to local regulatory requirement; and to ensure smooth running of FCY document checking daily operations.
-To comply with the requirement of group policies and standards, procedures and local regulations with prudent manner and high level risk control sense.
-To ensure the accurate, efficient and high quality services delivered to business partners and customers.
- To make proper resource arrangement to ensure Processing service delivery without SLA breach
- To sustain a high-level service standard to both internal and external customers in the area of FCY Payment processing.
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required

Desired profile

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Knowledge :
• Abundant knowledge on banking operations and BoP reporting.
• Knowledge on compliance/regulations.
Skills :
• Leadership skills to deal with internal and external attrition and their operational affects.
• Drive process streamline and re-engineering initiatives.
• Effectively mitigate identified Operational Risks.
• Comply with Group's Statutory Audit standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts
