We are currently seeking 2 individuals to join our onboarding team in the Isle of Man for a 6 month contract as an Onboarding Administrator (known internally as Premier Associate).

The role of the Onboarding Administrator is to support the account opening team with vital administration tasks to ensure our international customers are on-boarded securely and able to open HSBC Expat accounts. You will work as part of a larger onboarding team taking ownership and initiative to complete necessary administration tasks to support the account opening process ensuing quality and compliance in every case.

In this role, you will:

· Provide a high quality of work at all times
· Be responsible for investigating potential concerns and errors
· Take ownership of tasks ensuring timely completion
· Plan and prioritise your own time effectively, be aware of your responsibilities and committed to delivering these efficiently

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

·  Strong (verbal and written) communication skills
·  Ability to work as part of a team
·  Strong organisational skills with previous administration experience
·  Reliable with an efficient mindset
·  Proficiency with computers and basic software packages
