We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Mortgage Support Officer, HSBC Expat .

Principal responsibilities

· Support Wealth Managers in administration and managing relevant documentation
· Support Wealth Managers in conducting Risk Tolerance Questionnaire and banking services
· Support branches in administration, operations and wealth management processing
· Deliver legendary customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Work as part of integrated Premier Team to ensure a consistent approach and share the best practice
· Work closely with Compliance department to implement the Group compliance Policy
· Demonstrate adherence to internal controls

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Financial Planning qualifications are preferred
·  Proven experience in customer service role
·  Comprehensive understanding in investment and insurance products and corresponding operational procedures
·  Good knowledge of Regulatory and compliance issues
·  Experience in offshore banking systems an advantage
·  Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
·  Excellent planning and organizational skills
·  Team work and collaboration skills
