Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Mobile Sales Force Fulfillment Officer with credit card application and/or KYC/ID &V in designated branch. Main responsibilities include

· To provide credit card service in sub-branch
· To conduct outbound calls to potential customers
· To work with branch staff to provide standardized service to customer.
· To perform KYC process based on HSBC Global Standard.
· To provide additional training to team.
· To assist MSF fulfiller Manager on team management
· Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• University degree or above (recognized by the state)

• 1- 3 year working experience, it will be a plus with working experience in Financial Industry

• Have a clear understanding of Credit, Compliance and Business Policies

• Possession of basic data management skills, particularly in the use of MS Excel

• Demonstrate basic presentation and communication skills

• Must have the ability to multi-task without sacrificing quality, and to adapt to evolving business demands

•Good English communication skill

•Excellent leadership and supervisory skills in influencing staff to deliver professional customer service
