Responsibilities

The candidate shall be able to work on JAVA, Unix projects and able to handle production support tickets and incidents independently.

JAVA background with minimum 3-4 year of working experience on JAVA J2EE, Spring batch. Knowledge on ITIL production support tasks and DevOps automated CI/CD pipeline and deployments will be an advantage.

The person should be open for production support work and supporting live incidents and deployments.

Skills

· Experience in Java/J2EE , Spring Batch, JSON
· Experience on basic Unix skills
· ITIL production ticket handling processes like Change managements and problem records; ITIL foundation certification is desirable
· Eagerness to learn and resolve issues in time
· Experience in Control-M batch handling issues
· Good experience on improvements in existing production operations; exposure to automation tools is desirable
· Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Software developer with experience working in production support 24*7 shifts

· Mandatory Skills: Java/J2EE, Control-M, Agile and DevOPS processes

Optional Skills: ITIL foundation skills

Relevant Experience: 3 – 4 Years

Working Hours: Production support 24 by 07 shifts
