We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Monitor and conduct daily system trigger cases to prevent any possible fraudulent activities;

Conduct verification and investigation of suspicious application fraud cases base on the process & procedure to minimize risks of exposure & loss;

Contact customers to verify the suspicious application information and take follow up investigation accordingly;

To assist in system UAT work such as case preparation,test preparation to aim for related system;

Ensure fraud operations team works in compliance with related laws and regulations;

Other relevant tasks or projects arranged by line manager

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above;

At least 3 years' work experience in fraud detection or investigations, possess the background of retailer banking, credit card, consumer finance is preferred.

Good basic knowledge in banking and card product, strong analytical, logical thinking and fraud awareness;

Excellent communication and customer service skills;

Have strong teamwork spirit, anti-pressure ability;

Fluency in both written and verbal Mandarin. Good English written and reading skill. Fluent Cantonese is preferred.
