Hang Seng's Risk and Compliance ("RKM") strives to maintain a well-balanced risk profile for the Bank while enabling businesses to thrive. Our team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types. We are dedicated to collaborate with businesses, other functional units and regulatory bodies to develop and implement robust and customized risk management frameworks and measures to maintain the strong market position of the Bank.

Financial Crime Compliance - supporting anti-money laundering investigation, formulating policies and framework on sanctions and anti-bribery and corruption issues as well as providing professional advice to line management to ensure compliance with the Group's anti-money laundering policies and regulatory requirements.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Fraud Operations Analyst .

Principal responsibilities

· Conduct preliminary review to filter system generated alerts that can be readily negated (i.e. obviously show no signs of anomalous behavior)
·
Validate the usefulness of the alert by collecting necessary account and transaction information for analysis

·
Communicate with customer to confirm the transactions (such as e-banking, ATM, credit transactions), advise follow up actions when necessary

·
Identify and escalate common fraud/ irregular customer requests in a timely manner to Fraud Risk team for investigations

·
Identifies and escalates issues as applicable to Assistant Manager Fraud Risk FCTM which could have a probable business impact on turnaround time

· Update date requirements in an accurate and timely manner

Good communication skills

Able to work under pressure

· 
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage

· 
Willing to work on 7x24 shift

·  High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
