Job description

· 2+ Years of experience in Unix Infrastructure capacity.
· UNIX Shell Scripting.
· Knowledge of HP Server Automation (HPSA)/ HP Operations Orchestrator (HPOO)/ HP Discovery Dependency and Mapping Inventory (DDMI).
· Perl Scripting.
· Python Scripting
· Advanced Excel Skills
· Basic Knowledge of SQL
· Basic Knowledge of Windows Sharepoint Services.
· Dealing with Complex/Escalated issues.
· Should be well versed with ITIL concepts and more specific understanding of Service operations activities.
· Worked in an infrastructure critical environment and understands how technology adds value to the business and ultimately the end customer.
· Ability to work effectively as a team player.
· Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Working across cultures.
