Principal responsibilities

· Assist line managers / supervisors to carry out and implement various corporate credit operations / administration, such as facility letter preparation, prudent checking on the signed/executed loan agreements / facility letters, security documents, fulfillment of conditions precedent as well as checking of loan drawdown notice and conducting loan disbursement process in accordance to bank lending policies, guidelines, procedure manuals and the terms and conditions stipulated in the credit proposals/ carry out the instructions from customers regarding the loan drawdown, interest and / or principal payment are in accordance with proper documentations. To collect fees, charges, levies from customers promptly and post the necessary entries timely and accurately.
· Prompt and accurate data input in various banking operations systems, such as HUB, HFE2, CNAPS, SDB to ensure and maintain a high level of data integrity.
· Prepare periodical / regulatory reports and ad hoc reports and to ensure the reporting are in punctuality and accuracy and ensure the documents and reports filing are kept tidy and orderly.
· Provide efficient and quality services which are in consistence with the established service standards to satisfy both external and internal customers.
· To obediently carry out and execute the jobs / works assigned by superiors / line managers.
· Contribute and implement ideas to "Sustainable/One-Time Cost Savings"

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  1-3 years' related experience
·  Bachelor degree with major in Business, Finance, or Accounting
·  Good learning attitude and capacity, willing to work hard and under pressure, and keen to learn and grow
·  Fluency in both written English and Chinese
