The role

We are rebuilding our consumer facing digital products, from mobile banking to credit card applications. As part of that we are building a new platform to host and run all of this, making sure we have the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction and you can help bring this to life.

As a Digital Scrum master Engineer you'll be part of the team moving the entire development pipeline to AWS. In this Greenfield project you will be creating self-healing fully scalable Tier 0 development environments to be used by 10 000+ developers.

Our key technologies are Ansible, Terraform, Datadog, AWS, Github Enteprise, Jenkins Enterprise, Nexus, Selenium, Slack, Node.js, Jira, Confluence.

In this role, your responsibilities will include;:

Facilitate Daily stand ups, planning and workshops between several teams

·
Showing transparency to business around highs and lows of a project by sending stakeholders a weekly forecast

·
Build collaboration between cross functional/Platform teams to improve communication

·
Sprint Planning of our AWS Dev tooling project

·
Problem Solving and unblocking project team to deliver value to the business

·
Collaborate with platform teams in prioritization and planning, to deliver realistic product goals and helped product with roadmaps

·
Work collaboratively and closely with business owners to help them understand the team's way of working and enhance the team's exposure and voice back to the business

·
Make sure progress of team is visible to business of current work and as well as demos

·
Help to build cross-functional, collaborative delivery team and align to product, when team was not collocated

·
Ensuring accurate documentation of issues using such tools as Jira

·
Providing clear Communication across different Project Teams and stake holders to ensure any issues and dependencies are filtered back to the relevant parties

·
Using an Agile approach within our team – Kanban boards, Morning Stand ups

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following;

Exposure to emerging technologies in Cloud and Mobile space is desirable

·  Influence and champion new ideas and methods

Experience in build and configuration management

Great communication - convey your thoughts, ideas and opinions clearly and concisely face-to-face or virtually at all levels, to both technical and non-technical people

·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
