We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Customer Service Officer .

Principal responsibilities
· ​Handle multiple customer contacts in a contact centre environment typically through digital channels
· Provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer query at first contact where possible
· Comprehend customer enquiries and take ownership and initiative to resolve the contact
· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
· Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators and development whilst maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities
· Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements
· Support the Bank's initiatives as and when necessary

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

·  ​Secondary school graduate, meaning Form Five graduate under Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Form Six graduate under Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education
·  Previous customer service or call centre experience, preferably with banking experience
·  Strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
·  Good command of written English and Chinese
·  Good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
