Within Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Broking Services provides full investment services in stocks, bonds, currencies, precious metals, commodities and derivatives to retail, corporate customers and financial intermediaries. As a leading full service broker dealer in Hong Kong, our investment services include advisory, execution, risk and portfolio management, custodianship, and margin financing.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Contact Assistant Manager .

Principal responsibilities
· Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls in related to customer risk profiling questionnaire, customer information updates and other product and services authentication
· Ensure that the service standards are complied with the HSBC internal standards and regulatory requirements
· Work closely with other stakeholders and contact clients to collect information required
· Collect customer feedback, identify their issues and provide recommendations to enhance service quality

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  ​University degree in business related discipline
·  Strong customer mindset and high commitment to service excellence
·  Solid experience in call centre operations or customer services
·  Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
·  Adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities
·  Self-motivated and pragmatic with ability to work independently and under pressure
