We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Credit Advisor .

Principal responsibilities

​Identifying, structuring, negotiating and underwriting new credit opportunities

·
Managing existing portfolios, developing appropriate recommendations for credit approval, ensuring compliance with documented covenants and financial reporting requirements

·
Underwriting and executing both loan and derivative structures, performing high quality analysis, due diligence and credit presentations

·
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the content and aggregate risks within an assigned portfolio, trends and other Key Risk Indicators

·
Reviewing credit limits and monitoring collateral while balancing risk return of the portfolio

·
Collaborating with Investment Services and Product Solutions to enhance the risk margining policy, and to enhance the overall framework and product capabilities around derivatives

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
​University degree in a relevant discipline

· 
Experiences in lending or other credit related functions within private banking

· 
Sound knowledge of collateral lending and structured credit transactions for private clients

· 
Strong derivatives knowledge

· 
Strong portfolio management skills

· 
Client facing and management skills will be advantageous

· 
Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
