Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
By monitoring the Inbound/Outbound cross border referral process and ensure service levels
By acting as the On-Boarding Relationship of customers before hand-over
By handling cross-border enquiries via phone or internet / email
By collecting feedback from branches and overseas IBCs to improve cross-border service
By controlling the quality of HSBC International Personal Banking (HIPB) MI
By supporting IBC Manager on relevant cross-border projects
By monitoring and analyzing business environments locally/overseas and by working closely with HBCN Acquisition Team and MKT to promote HBCN IBC's capabilities to both local and expatriate customers
By designing and implementing the cross-border referral initiatives to maximize Group's cross-border business referral opportunities.
By working closely with Group Functional Team, and HBCN other departments in the smooth implementation of HIPB related projects
By working closely with key RBWM countries to share collective management best practices and introduce innovative solutions to meet HP customers' financial needs.
By consolidating the management information of cross-border referrals to improve international service penetration rate and customer profitability
By monitoring the cross-border business handling process across HBCN branches.
By ensuring all procedures are adhered to as in BIM, Audit, Local and legal guidelines
By ensuring the IBC team is well trained in handling business referrals effectively and efficiently.
By contributing to the enhancement of staff members' knowledge relating to respective overseas Group offices.
By contributing to the development and running of training on cross-border business for RBWM staff
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Desired profile
Qualifications :
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor degree holder
• Good communication skills
• Good awareness for responsibility and understanding for Retail Banking & Wealth Management products / services
• Good spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Good data analysis skills
• Project experience is preferred
• Nice personality
