Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Bank Greetering and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
-To provide on-site support To banking/card agents in terms of knowledge, skill and general call handling skills.
- Work closely with the Department Manager/Team Manager/trainer/coaching Manager To implement site level training and coaching programs
- support the on-boarding and continual development of agents and improving the service and sales productivity
-To organize timely sharing with Team Manager and trainers To address knowledge gaps
-To prepare weekly report with referred case analysis To Department Manager/Team Manager/Trainer.
-Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above
• Above 3 years working experience in call center card and banking
• Strong knowledge and expertise in area of training and coaching responsibility
• Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations (the latter to be attained if new to HSBC)
• Proven ability to multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment and prioritize work assignments
