Hang Seng Co-op Programme – Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Hang Seng's Retail Banking and Wealth Management focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 260 branches and automated banking centres, including over 17 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking high-calibre individuals to join the following departments:

· RBWM Chief Operating Office
· Consumer Assets
· Channels Management
· Customer Value Management
· Digital Banking
· Insurance Division
· Private Banking & Trust Services
· Retail Distribution

Programme Overview
Duration: June 2018 – June 2019 (6/11 Months full-time employment)

Principle Responsibilities

· Assist in conducting competitive analysis and collecting market intelligence
· Prepare regular business and sales reports to provide insight to management
· Assist in handling mortgage / loan applications
· Provide administrative support to department

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  Non-final year university students from all disciplines are welcome
·  Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn
·  Proficiency in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
·  Good knowledge of application software (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & Chinese Word Processing
·  Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa
