We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Case Administration Officer .

Principal responsibilities
· Provide daily administrative and clerical support to Case Managers and Underwriters in High Net Worth
· Manage new business applications and requests for services on existing in force policies, including the capture and creation of primary data records in our operating platforms as required, client matching with existing established records and the imaging and workflow system;
· Review and Prepare Policy Documentations, and other customer and source of business Policy documentation;
· Other duties and tasks of a like nature as may be required in support to Case Managers or other personnel in High Net Worth unit.
· To meet and satisfy prescribed benchmark standards of quantity, quality and timeliness
· Handle requests, queries and interacting with customers, including other areas of the organization or suppliers.
· Work and contribute effectively within a small and new dynamic business unit focusing on high value customers via HSBC and Hang Seng banking relationships

Desired profile

Requirements
·  Degree Holder
·  Solid experience or exposure in Policy Administration or Customer Services within Life Insurance or Banking sectors would be preferred
·  Strong knowledge in Life Insurance product is an advantage.
·  Able to work independently
·  Organized and attention to details
·  Strong communication and presentation skills
·  Articulate in verbal and written in English and Cantonese; Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
