Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Manage business performance of Cards and Loans Sales Distribution such as Mobile Sales Force Team (MSF), Branch and Contact Center Service and Sales in China. Maintain sales performance Management Information, provide sales analysis to drive business growth.
• Implement sales incentive, recognition and promotion results. Track the performance records, update relevant results and publish to sales team timely.
• Monitor financial and non-financial KPI performance, to see financial achievement is against target setting and non-financial performance is aligned with HBCN RBWM requirement.
• Work closely with cross functions and departments to implement sales guidelines such as sales quality, risk control etc. Monitor sales behavior to protect customers' interests and company's reputation.
• System tool and share point usage control. Manage reward dashboard and score card. Deliver on-going training to sales team if necessary.
• Meanwhile, the job holder should maintain HSBC internal control standards as well as Group Compliance Policy and operational risk control to minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- University degree or above

- 3-5 years sales business performance management experience with Key Performance Index (KPI) and sales targets definition, sales performance monitoring, incentive implementation.

- Preferable in Retail Banking with knowledge and experience on Credit Cards and Personal Loans.

- Excellent communication, coordination, initiative driving, and cross function analytical skills.

- Good level of English language ability.

- Excellent skill of MS office such as excel, power point, word. Familiar with SAS, SQL, VBA would be plus.
