Hang Seng's Unsecured Loans business offers a full spectrum of cards and personal loan products and services to customers.

We have over 20 card products, including generic credit cards, co-branded credit cards, affinity cards and commercial cards, and are one of the leading credit card issuers in the market. We are dedicated to offering customers superior credit card services and loyalty schemes, with an aim of enabling customers to get the most out of their day-to-day spending.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Business Risk and Control Management Officer .

Principal responsibilities

· Assist in assessing operational risks and ensuring adequate controls and procedures are in place in the First Line of Defense and also in line with Group Operational Risk framework in RBWM businesses
· Liaise with RBWM businesses to ensure their compliance with statutory, group and internal requirements relating to Financial Crime Compliance
· Perform duties of the Data Protection Unit of the Bank
· Handle ad hoc projects in relation to RBWM risk and compliance

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University degree in Business related discipline
·  Minimum 2 years' banking experience, preferably with exposure to retail banking business and knowledge of related regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
·  Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills, with sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel and Access an advantage
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
