Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.


In this role, you will:

-To be responsible for the business development of Jade program

-To explore the third party partners and develop sales activities to acquire potential high quality customer and work with Jade RM and CDO to convert the customer to Jade customer

-To closely work with Marketing and Proposition team to smooth Jade programme launch

-To ensures fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations.

-To participate in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities

-To protect the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-At least 3 years' experience in supervisory role of sales function

-Proven ability in mobile sales / channel developing and maintaining

-Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills

-Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills

-Result driven and able to work under pressure

-Good spoken and written English
