Business analyst – Analytics CRM
Role purpose:

Manage the relationship between Analytics and Secure lending teams in order to collaborate with WPB goals related to healthy growth on secure lending portfolio, increase secure lending customer engagement with the bank based on a complete customer centric view strategy

This role will:

Generation of descriptive, prescriptive and predictive analyzes that contribute to understanding and identify opportunities for acquisition, retention, increase customer value of secure lending portfolio

·
Build and deploy statistical models to improve business results and efficiency

·
Analysis of the commercial result (effectiveness, income generation and improvements for the bank) of Analytics models

·
Design, coding and implementation of initial universe selection for new campaigns or improve them in collaboration with campaigns design and execution teams

·
Constant learning to acquire a deep business understanding; became the expert related to secure lending business: domain KPI, domain concepts and information sources

·
Owner of Analytics business as usual operation related to small business and sole propietors segments (reports, processes and information cubes)

·
Guarantee the sustainability of the area by process automation

·
Make presentations to internal teams and stakeholders to sell Analytics works

·
Browse and analyze databases to simplify and improve product development and business processes

· Monitoring and maintenance of the models implemented
·
Collaboration with global teams in different projects
