Principal responsibilities
· Handle daily operations in respective area, such as document preparation / validation, transaction posting, system maintenance, periodical report preparation, on-boarding services etc.
· Ensure that all routine tasks are handled properly and efficiently by following internal procedure manual as well as relevant regulations.
· Deliver quality customer services and improve customer experience, including but not limited to ensure that (internal/external) customer enquires relating to service scopes, tariffs, transaction records / history and etc are properly handled or referred.
· Raise recommendations for process improvement, risk control, etc.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Good knowledge in respective operations.
· Familiar with compliance and local regulator requirement.
· Obtain relevant qualification certificate for branch Service Delivery staff.
· Interpersonal and communication skill.
· Customer service skill.
· Compliance and risk sense and escalation mindset.
