We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a AVP, Distribution Development and Support .

Principal responsibilities

·
Resolve difficult case and special requests from frontlines of designated distributed channels

·
Tracking market trends for bancassurance sales model

·
Develop and integrates sales tools and platform to drive end to end solutions to increase sales efficiency from insurance driven systems

·
Develop and integrates appropriate business process into the distribution development workflow, including customer experience and channel issue with backend insurance processes

·
Define and gatekeeper of Insurance components of incentive schemes and recognition program

·
Conduct analysis on existing customer portfolio, monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor movement to identify business potential of Retail Banking & Wealth Management as well as leading entry into new business lines and other income stream

·
Drive for a high performance team.

·
Build close relationship with distribution channels and have a strong working rapport with Insurance Specialist team and Banks department which is important in executing our network strategic plan and meeting the business goals

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field

· 
Experience in the insurance industry with a broad scope sales, marketing experience in financial services.

· 
Strategic thinking coupled with strong leadership and tactical execution.

· 
Strong business acumen with sound judgment.

· 
Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.

· 
Team player with a goal oriented mentality
