We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of AVP Client Integration

Principal responsibilities

· To provide pre-sales support on technical integration solutioning.
· To provide technical implementation in terms of systems integration process for each Corporate and Commercial Banking customers.
· To successfully manage all technical implementation issues before handing over to technical support team.
· To ensure customers can best leverage the bank's cash management solutions and the bank benefiting from it as well
· To contribute to the future development of HSBCnet/HSBC Connect to optimize customer's cash management efficiency and effectiveness.
· To liaise with the implementation teams across the region on daily operations of the electronic services.
· To participate in meetings and discussion for continuous Improvement
· To ensure an effective Operational Risk Management process is in place to reduce the level of operational risk losses and to protect HSBC Thailand from foreseeable future losses.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Master/ Bachelor's degree in Account Information System, Information Technology or any related fields

· Good knowledge of banking operations and workflows especially in Cash Management areas.

· Technical aptitude for systems/computers/file formats.

· Knowledge and experience in SAP FI is a plus.

· Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

· Strong organization, communication ,analytical and negotiation skills

· Ability to understand customer's requirements and provide the proper solutions.

· PC literate including knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Knowledge of ERP such as SAP, Oracle, etc is a plus

· Knowledge of Abap is a plus

· Fluency in Thai and English is mandatory
