Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

The role will be mainly focus on the delivery of RB needs fulfillments, RB penetration, WEM referrals, Leads Management and RPQ;
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets;
In order to deliver a high quality service to our highest value personal clients the role holder will need to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of banking products and services across wealth and retail;
Provide high quality support to PRM (EPRM,PRM,PRO,ARO)
Build extensive knowledge of HSBC systems and procedures in order to handle client needs.

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills

• Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills

• Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system

• Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
